Dear Students, Parents and Teachers

It is with extreme pleasure that I introduce to you the Bhawani Dayal Arya College Website.

We believe that the way forward for our students is through the use of technology as we now live in a world of amazingly fast, instant and high-speed exchange of information. Thus, the school has invested in a Moodle platform to reach out to its 831 students and 50 staff.  The goal of this website is to go beyond the usual teaching practices to accommodate a more approachable method which will be useful in this extra-ordinary time.

This mission could not have been accomplished without the benevolent support of the stakeholders.

First of all, I would like to thank the BDAC management team for having faith in the initiative and for providing the support needed to meet the financial obligations of setting up the website. At this juncture, I must commend the everlasting support that has been given by the Sabha to the college.

I also take this opportunity to thank the School Principal for his vision to introduce a learning platform which will provide an opportunity for all students to access their learning resources online and for working hard to make this possible.

I must thank all the teachers and the ancillary staff for working as a team and producing creative learning materials for the various subjects at the respective levels. With their commitment and dedication, we have been able to successfully move forward with the establishment of our much awaited teaching and learning platform. I also wish to thank our alumni who have provided their full support and cooperation towards this initiative.

I invite the students and parents to take advantage of this initiative and to be rest assured that we are committed to provide only the best for our students. We are optimistic that the measures taken to address the critical needs of our students living in the contemporary world have been valuable and we promise to create more opportunities which will assist the students to achieve their goals and to become better citizens of Fiji.
